We started HireBee because we were frustrated with the endless back-and-forth of scheduling calls, interviewing candidates who were clearly not a fit, and losing great people to slow processes. There had to be a better way.
Our story
HireBee was founded in 2024 by a team who had collectively sat through thousands of hours of scheduling chaos, last-minute cancellations, and interviews with candidates who were clearly not a match within the first two minutes.
We built what we wished existed: a platform where employers set the questions once, candidates record answers at their convenience, and hiring teams review responses on their own schedule — no calendar juggling required.
