Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro instantly from your billing settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro features until then.
Do candidates need to create an account?
No. Candidates click their unique invite link and record directly in the browser. No sign-up, no app download, no friction.
What happens to my videos after the storage window ends?
Videos are permanently deleted after your plan's retention period (7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro). Export candidate data via CSV any time before then.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
Yes — new accounts get a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card required. Your account automatically moves to the Free plan if you choose not to upgrade.
Which browsers do candidates need?
Recording works in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. No plugins or app installs needed — just a webcam and microphone.
